UPDATE: Back to Pambiche in July 2010 for breakfast --it is getting better! Service in the morning is a little slow, but the coffee if delicious --and the food is worth waiting for. And, what are you doing there on a week day morning if you are in a hurry?

* Comments of Decor: Tropical colors and images fill the space--indeed the building is a very bright spot itself --painted so it can't be missed as you drive down the street.  Seating inside, and outside on the sidewalk. 
* The Food Was --Cuban inspired and superior. Plus this is one of the few places in town with a really different breakfast menu.  Don't get us wrong.  We love all those creative scrambles that are available in abundance here in P-Town--but this place offers other delights. How many places offer Plato Communista?
* You Ought to Try  Cafe con leche --which is not just coffee with milk. And of course you'll want a side of platanos --with any meal. 
* The Service Was --always friendly, helpful and multi-lingual

* Of special note:  this is also a wonderful place to have lunch or dinner--and they have a happy hour when you can get regular menu items for reduced prices.
